I’m sure most of you have seen this, but this is one of the funniest things I’ve seen all year…
I never ate this stuff as a kid in the 70’s (That’s right people, I’m three weeks from turning 32…), but damn if I don’t remember the way things looked back then - and these cards are straight up old school…
For those of you in my peer group, remember the avocado refrigerators, the garanimals, and waiting for cable to come to your town?…wow.
’scuse me while I call my nephews and tell ‘em how much milk cost, and how “kids just don’t know how good they got it right now”…
You’ve gotta make a tuna lasagna casserole or something. Now THAT’s good eatin’! For dessert, a molded Jell-o salad with walnuts and fruits in it. Yum.

The kids below me need to get knocked down a peg. I say take away their cell phones. There is no reason for a 14 year old to have a cell phone! Other than to bug me at the checkout line!

I have inherited these cards. They come in a brown lucite container that just screams 1978…I may just start mailing you one card a day for the rest of your life. But first I have to ask my mom if I’m allowed to give away her precious items.

Mel - I might be willing to trade Chewie for those cards…
And if not, then I think you should cook each one of those dinners (one or two a week), take a picture, and tell us about how they tasted…!
